Marking Artwork as Sold
UpdatedJuly 13, 2022
When making artwork available in the Sell Direct Store or your Showroom, you can select the number of editions available (i.e. select “1” for a single original work). If you chose Paypal as the payment method for your sales, the edition number will automatically be reduced after each sale. When the number available reached “0”, the work will be marked as “sold.” If you are not using PayPal or you sell the work outside of Artrepreneur, you can manually change the edition number by clicking the Update Sale Details button on your artwork page. If you want to mark the work as “Sold” just select “0” as the edition number.
